A-BRAIN collaborates closely with ministries of health, academic institutions, international research organisations, and technology developers to design, evaluate, and implement evidence-based interventions that improve disease diagnosis, surveillance, and healthcare delivery in resource-limited settings. Its expertise spans digital health systems, diagnostic connectivity, interoperability, implementation science, biomedical innovation, and translation of research into policy and practice.

The Collaborative Data Hub, a platform collaborating with UK scientists, is being used to store, analyze, and share biomedical data. It's being used to develop agent-based models for infectious disease transmission, focusing on low- and middle-income countries, to understand disease spread and find practical solutions.
